Convert Your Classic
We specialize in seamless, electric conversion kits using the stock frame for 1949–1953 Chevrolet 3100 pickups, turning your iconic Chevy into a silent, torque-rich, daily driver without compromising its original look and feel. Our complete kits deliver modern EV performance—instant torque, regenerative braking, and 200+ miles of real-world range—while preserving the soul, patina, and character that make these trucks legends. Whether you’re restoring a family heirloom or building the ultimate restomod, our proven system lets you keep the vintage charm on the outside and cutting-edge electric power underneath. Drive the past, powered by the future.
How we do it
1. Motor: We utilize a Tesla Model S Motor in our kit. Offering proven reliability, high efficiency, and strong aftermarket support including compatible controllers and adapters. Additionally, its integrated design (motor, inverter, and gearbox in one compact unit) simplifies installation, lowers the vehicle's center of gravity for better handling, and provides smooth, maintenance-free operation with features like regenerative braking.
2. Battery: We also use the Tesla Model 3 battery pack. It has integrated features like a sophisticated BMS (battery management system), built-in contactors, pyrofuse, DC-DC converter, and sometimes the onboard charger, which reduces the need for extensive custom electronics and simplifies setup.
3. Drive Train: After extensive prototyping and testing, our drivetrain uses the battery and motor as they were intended. No fancy adapters, no forces above what the components might experience in a stock Model 3. Brakes, rotors, CV axles, suspension and wheel bearings do not require an EV technician. A local shop can easily service these components with parts readily available.
Can I save money doing this?
The table below is based on 2025 data for the average cost of power in each state. The third column for each state (cost for 82 kWh ($)) represents the cost for you to get a full 200 mile charge when charging at home.
